Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One year of housekeeping, facilities, or janitorial experience required.
• Six months of supervisory experience in gaming operations preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain Osage Nation gaming license.
• Must provide documents proving eligibility to work in the United States.
• Osage Nation preference applies to all Osage Casinos positions.
• Able to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day cleanliness and sanitation of casino public areas.
• Perform routine inspections of all public areas.
• Schedule employees to ensure guest services meet business needs.
• Provide training and guidance to new staff.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Communicate with staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required by the supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
