Job summary

Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel is seeking an EVS Manager to supervise and coordinate all department activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a sanitary, attractive environment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of cleaning experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; strong English communication.
• Spanish or other language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable tribal, federal and gaming laws and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies.
• Maintain high guest service standards by listening to concerns and questions.
• Supervise EVS staff and coordinate department activities.
• Train staff and follow up on progress; ensure PPE and MSDS training.
• Oversee day-to-day activities including scheduling, plan work, assign tasks and review performance.
• Assist with inventory of supplies and equipment and manage budgets where applicable.
• Partner with other departments to maintain a clean, safe environment and report needs.
• Prepare and submit daily shift reports and communicate changes to management.
