Job summary

WarHorse Gaming LLC is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor to lead housekeeping operations across the property. You will supervise EVS team members, coordinate daily cleaning, ensure safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, experience managing teams in a fast-paced hospitality setting, and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Casino or resort experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable software.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and proper chemical usage.
• Ability to obtain OSHA 10 Certification and a Nebraska Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities of Environmental Services team members.
• Assign daily work and inspect quality and compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections of public areas to ensure cleanliness.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities.
• Maintain and safely use cleaning equipment, carts, and supplies.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects.
