Job summary

WarHorse Gaming is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to lead housekeeping operations, supervise EVS staff, and maintain cleanliness across the property. The role includes coordinating daily cleaning, ensuring safety compliance, and creating a welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Starting pay is $21.00/hour with a full-time schedule. The role requires leadership, attention to safety, and the ability to train and mentor staff while maintaining high sanitation

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in a high-volume hospitality, hotel, casino, or similar environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of Environmental Services team members.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Train, coach, and mentor EVS team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
