Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort in Oregon's southern coast is seeking a Casino Beverage Server to welcome guests and deliver prompt, attentive service on the gaming floor. You will maintain safety and cleanliness, manage beverage service, and support the team during busy periods. Must be 21+, have a valid OLCC permit and a food handler’s card, and bring strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide beverage service throughout the gaming floor, carrying and serving drinks with tray service.

• Communicate clearly with bartenders and team, upholding responsible alcohol service.
• Support the team and cover other duties as assigned.

Be the friendly, welcoming presence on the casino floor keeping the energy high and beverage service flowing. As a Casino Beverage Server, you'll create memorable guest experiences by delivering prompt, attentive service while ensuring responsible beverage practices.

What you bring to the table

• Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
• Provide beverage service throughout the gaming floor, carrying and serving drinks with tray service.
• Keep beverage inventory and supplies well-stocked, restocking for the next shift to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary tray at all times for both guest satisfaction and team efficiency.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, making them feel valued with every interaction.
• Stay alert to responsible alcohol service and communicate effectively with the bartender and team.
• Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)

• GED or HS Diploma preferred.
• Possess excellent customer service skills, be team oriented and self-motivated.
• Organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid OLCC permit and a food handlers card.
• Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.
• Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free workplace policies.
