Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort in Oregon's southern coast seeks a dedicated Bartender to craft cocktails, deliver warm hospitality, and represent the Ko-Kwel Spirits brand. You will work across the restaurant and bar, engaging guests with storytelling and a polished service style.

This role requires 21+ years of age, OLCC permit, and food handler's card, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have OLCC permit and working knowledge of OLCC regulations.
• Food handler's card and health/sanitation standards.
• Experience in hospitality with strong customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare signature cocktails, maintain bar during high-volume periods.
• Speak knowledgeably about Ko-Kwel Spirits and promote Cask Club memberships.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and approachable atmosphere for guests and staff.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and balance cash at shift end.
