Oaklawn Jockey Club is seeking a Food Runner to support dining operations at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The role focuses on timely service, table setup, and guest satisfaction within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The successful candidate will bring 1+ year of food service or guest service experience, strong communication, and a commitment to excellent guest interactions. Must be able to obtain an Arkansas Racing License and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ year of food service or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and reset tables, serve food orders, and remove used dishes.
• Ensure guests have a high-quality dining experience with timely service.
• Maintain a friendly, professional image at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.
• Provide excellent guest service and assist other team members as needed.
• Carry food, dishes, trays, and utensils from kitchens to serving counters and areas.
• Stock service areas with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes.
• Assist with cleaning, bussing, and restocking to maintain operations.
