Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily Cage operations during assigned shifts.
• Enforcing regulatory rules, internal controls, and safeguarding assets.
• Managing staffing and scheduling based on business demands.
• Assisting with training, counseling, and supervising staff.
• Maintaining positive interdepartmental relationships.
• Handling guest and employee issues professionally.
• Ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of supervisory experience in a high-volume casino cage environment.
• Thorough knowledge of casino regulatory and internal control procedures.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain necessary licenses.
• Knowledge of Responsible Gaming programs.
