The role also sells gambling chips, tokens, or tickets, pays jackpots, and handles credit applications as part of guest services.

The position involves balancing funds, issuing markers, processing deposits, cashing checks via terminals, and creating Players Club cards while promoting rewards and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of cash handling experience.
• Ability to operate a computer terminal and communicate with the public in a clear and friendly manner.
• Knowledge of 10 key, balancing of banks.
• Solid decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
• Minimum age is 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain MS gaming permit.

Responsibilities

• Sale and redemption of casino chips and coin for cash and other money items.
• Issuance and redemption of Markers.
• Customer deposits/withdrawals.
• Cashing of checks utilizing computer terminals.
• Establish new computer accounts and process credit/document requirements.
• Balancing assigned funds.
• Create and issue Players Club cards and promote the program.
• Maintain knowledge of player tracking system, promotions, events and property information.
• Ensure protection of rewards and credit lines.
