Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume cash handling environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous guest service aligned with our guest service culture.
• Perform cash transactions: check cashing, markers, chip/coin/currency exchanges, vouchers.
• Issue and receive funds related to casino operations across departments.
• Maintain accountability, reconcile balances, report discrepancies promptly.
• Operate cage systems and counters per standard procedures and controls.
• Complete forms and documentation in compliance with gaming regs.
• Keep workstation organized, secure, and compliant with policies.
• Support team success through clear communication and collaboration.
• Assist with select player club services and promotional inquiries.
