Summary

We are seeking a Cage Cashier to provide excellent guest service, safeguard company funds, and maintain accurate cash and paperwork. Opportunities for advancement into a Banker Cashier are available.

Job Duties

• Exchange chips and slot tickets for cash.
• Perform credit transactions for slot patrons.
• Balance your drawer at the end of each shift.
• Distribute and receive outlet house banks.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain reconciliations.
• Assist with credit applications and verification as needed.
• Redeem Sports Book Tickets when the Sports Book is closed.
• Transport funds to/from the Sports Book room.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory controls of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
• Log and track transactions using Title 31 software.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and promote superior guest service.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous money handling or cashiering experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of currency.
• Ability to operate calculators, computers, and money counters.
• Ability to lift up to 26 pounds.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications/licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
