Job Description

To provide excellent guest service, safeguard company funds, maintain an accurate account of cash window impress totals, and provide sales and redemption services for both internal and external guests. Maintain a high level of guest service in all duties performed. Opportunities to advance into a Banker Cashier.

Job Duties

• Exchange chips and slot tickets for cash.
• Perform credit transactions for slot patrons.
• Balance your drawer at the end of each shift and responsible for chips/cash in assigned window.
• Distribute and receive outlet house banks.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain reconciliations.
• Assist the Credit Executive or above by processing credit applications, verification, and reporting on credit reports.
• Redeem Sports Book Tickets when the Sports Book is closed. Issue, receive, and transport funds to/from the Sports Book room.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory controls of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
• Log and track transactions using Title 31 software according to regulations.
• Maintain professionalism and promote superior guest service at all times.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous money handling/cashiering experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of currency.
• Ability to operate calculators, computers, and money counters.
• Ability to bend, push, lift, and carry up to 26 pounds.
• Strong communication skills, able to read and speak English.
• Must obtain/maintain necessary certifications/licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
