Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• OLCC Alcohol Service permit before start date.
• Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of start date.
• VIP (Visibly Intoxicated Person) Permit within 45 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service by welcoming guests and supporting bartenders.
• Maintain clean, stocked bars with glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies for high-volume service.
• Assist with inventory counts, minimize waste, and maintain accountability for beverage inventory.
• Stock and transport products to bar/service locations and set up portable bars for events.
• Collaborate with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and leadership to ensure seamless guest service.
• Perform duties in line with guest service standards and policies.
