Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, WA seeks a bartender to deliver outstanding guest service at the bar, stock supplies, mix drinks, and maintain a clean, safe work area. You will support teammates and uphold the resort’s values while ensuring smooth bar operations.

Preferred candidates have bartending training or relevant experience, a valid WA health card/food handler, and the ability to obtain required gaming licenses. A 21+ age requirement applies, with multiple employer-provided benefits.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and speaks English fluently.
• Experience delivering excellent guest service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and beverage service is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies MCR’s values and delivers excellent guest service.
• Support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
• Stock beer, wine, liquor, ice, mixers, and dry goods; give breaks to Bartender or Beverage Servers.
• Wash and stock glassware and utensils; keep bar area clean and safe.
• Mix drinks as needed; create and facilitate a positive work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
