Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA is seeking a reliable Beverage Barback to stock ice and glassware, keep the bar clean, and support bartenders throughout each shift.

You will rotate and stock supplies, handle trash, transport items, and follow all liquor laws and PRC policies. This role requires weekend and holiday availability. A high school diploma or GED (or 3–6 months related experience) and eligibility for a class B gaming license are required.

Qualifications

• Education or training: a high school diploma or GED, or 3–6 months related experience.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate with guests and team members.
• Must qualify to obtain and maintain a class B gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Stock ice and glassware.
• Keep bar thoroughly clean throughout duration of shift.
• Rotate and stock bar on request or as needed.
• Clean ashtrays and spillage.
• Empty trash cans and recyclables as needed.
• Transport supplies to the beverage areas as needed.
• Pick up trash in and around beverage areas.
• Utilize radio to relay key information to other Team Members.
• Assist bartender throughout the shift as needed.
• Assist bar porters as needed.
• Abide by all liquor laws and policies set forth by PRC.
• Other duties as assigned.
