Qualifications

• Experience as a cocktail server preferred in a fast-paced setting.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Must complete TIPS training for responsible alcohol service.
• Colorado gaming license must be obtainable/maintained.
• Flexible schedule is necessary.
• Effective communication with co-workers and supervisors is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Good mobility and dexterity to handle a tray of beverages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Maintain clean, stocked bars and self-serve stations.
• Familiarize yourself with cocktails and pricing for efficient service.
• Serve assigned section in proper sequence and prioritize orders.
• Follow cash handling procedures for the F&B department.
• Adhere to safety rules and report issues to supervisor.
• Anticipate guests' needs and upsell cocktails where appropriate.
• Follow ordering calls and guidance per TIPS training.
