Ameristar Casino Resort Spa is hiring servers to provide attentive hospitality in a fast-paced dining environment at our Colorado location. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with professionalism. Base pay is complemented by a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as a server in a dining establishment preferred.
• Food service experience.
• An outgoing personality with interest in guest hospitality.
• Knowledge of upselling techniques.
• Exceptional work habits.
• Knowledgeable of menu including alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and pleasant disposition in a timely manner.
• Take customer orders and input accurately.
• Use upselling techniques to promote drinks and menu items.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and check satisfaction.
• Maintain table cleanliness and reset between courses.
• Present check and process payments.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
