Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a friendly beverage server to provide dining service to guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner in line with Grand Casino standards.

You will take and fill drink orders, assist on the casino floor, maintain a clean, sanitary area, handle cash per policy, and use knowledge of menus to upsell. Teamwork with Utilities, Bartenders, and Supervisors is essential to run a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• One year of bartending or serving experience is required.
• Alcohol Awareness Training must be completed within 2 months.
• Must secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.
• Mille Lacs Band member and American Indian preference applied.
• Ability to work across multiple food or beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous beverage service to Guests.
• Take and fill drink orders; assist in keeping the casino floor clean.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know beverage menus and upsell through suggestive selling.
• Address guest questions and resolve concerns quickly with management.
• Collaborate with Utilities, Bartenders, and Supervisors to ensure smooth operation.
