Job summary

Qualifications

• Must manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and mature decision-making.
• Must have the ability to obtain a Gaming Work Card.
• Adhere to all Company and department policies and procedures.
• Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
• Follow proper transaction settlement procedures.
• Have complete knowledge of all cocktails, wines and beers served, as well as proper glassware, pricing and garnishes.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, efficient manner.
• Promote Graton Resort & Casino's culture and demonstrate Service Standards at all times.
• Inform supervisor of shortages and equipment needs.
• Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with training.
• Maintain high personal grooming and uniform standards.
• Observe safety rules and comply with health standards.
• Be familiar with cocktails and prices to fill guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, stocked service station and handle glassware and supplies.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Retrieve glassware and beverages from casino and other areas.
• Observe guests to anticipate needs and work with the team.
• Complete side-work and collaborate with teammates.
• Know emergency procedures and inform manager on duty of opportunities.
