Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a food and beverage supervisory role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and all shifts.
• Ability to delegate and evaluate hourly Team Members with minimal supervision.
• Good judgement in difficult situations to protect Guests, Team Members, and profitability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick decision-making.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; knowledge of alcohol regulations is essential.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License through the Graton Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage service on casino floor during assigned shifts.
• Monitor staffing levels and maintain inventory.
• Enforce responsible alcohol sales and service and handle intoxicated guests.
• Ensure departmental goals and company policies are followed.
