Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• TIPs (Training Intervention Procedures) training required.
• Prior cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food & beverage preparation, service standards, menus, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Food Handler card is required.

Responsibilities

• Takes beverage and/or food orders and inputs them into point of sale and retrieves them for service to guest.
• Collects orders from bartender and/or kitchen, adds garnishes, places on tray, and serves to guests with napkin.
• Computes bill and accepts payment and makes change for monies tendered.
• Maintains clean service areas and returns used wares to bar or kitchen; keeps ashtrays clean where applicable.
• Replenishes beverages and checks back with guests to provide additional service.
• Attends trainings and department meetings as scheduled.
• Performs duties in compliance with liquor laws and SOPs.
