Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Bartender to deliver superior beverage service to Belterra Casino Resort guests and cocktail servers. You will pour drinks, maintain stock and bar security, and ensure compliance with casino regulations while providing outstanding guest relations.

The role requires knowledge of bar operations, the ability to manage bar inventory, and leadership to direct bar attendants. Employee eligibility includes meeting licensing and age requirements and adherence to all

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited bartending course or two years’ outside experience in high-volume cocktail service, preferably in a hotel/casino environment.

Responsabilités

Provides superior customer service and positive interactions with customers and employees.
Maintains company funds and equipment in an orderly manner.
Pours drinks according to established recipes and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
Complies with Project 21 – Minors in Casino.
Demonstrates product offerings and ordering procedures.
Monitors par levels of all supplies at assigned bars.
Communicates problems to immediate supervisor.
Responsible for security and accuracy of assigned bank and any overages/shortages.
Opens/closes bar per procedures.
Provides work direction for bar attendants.
