Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Bristol is seeking a personable bartender to deliver superior beverage service to guests and cocktail servers. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare and present drinks, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining a fast-paced, high‑volume bar.

You must have at least one year of high-volume bartending experience, deep knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of high-volume bartending experience.
• Extensive beer, liquor, and wine knowledge.
• Knowledge of history and composition of common ingredients, spirits, beer, and wines.
• Spirit differentiation and drink preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Takes customer drink orders and greets each guest.
• Prepare cocktails according to recipes and assist guests with menu selections.
• Process payments and reconcile transactions; maintain balanced cash drawer.
• Maintain clean and stocked bar; ensure accurate orders and timely service.
