Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a part-time Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service to guests and cocktail servers in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, take orders, and craft cocktails with pro-level technique while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires at least 1 year of high-volume bartending, extensive knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine, and strong guest relations.

Qualifications

• Secondary school degree preferred; hospitality experience for 2+ years.
• At least 1 year of high-volume bartending experience.
• Extensive beer, liquor, and wine knowledge; history and composition of beverages.
• Excellent customer service with a positive, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Takes customer drink orders and greets guests.
• Prepare cocktails according to recipes using correct tools.
• Totals bills, processes payments, and reconciles end-of-shift cash.
• Maintain bar inventory and par levels; communicate ordering needs.
• Promote drinks and upsell specials; provide beverage recommendations.
