Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Bristol is seeking a part-time bartender for our steakhouse. You will provide superior beverage service to guests and cocktail servers, greet guests, take drink orders, and prepare cocktails per recipes.

You will ensure timely service, maintain bar inventory, and uphold cleanliness standards. Requirements include 2+ years in hospitality, 1+ year in high-volume bartending, extensive beer/liquor/wine knowledge, and valid Food Handlers Card and Liquor License.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hospitality service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of high-volume bartending experience.
• Extensive beer, liquor, and wine knowledge required.
• Must be able to demonstrate spirit differentiation and drink preparation techniques.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Takes customer drink orders and greets guests.
• Prepare cocktails according to recipes using proper tools and glassware.
• Totals bills, processes payments, and reconciles end-of-shift transactions.
• Maintain bar inventory and par levels; communicate needs to management.
• Provide superior guest service and build guest relations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant bar area.
