Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Supervisor, Beverage to oversee front-of-house operations and lead dining staff in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma with extensive dining experience, and preferably a Bachelor’s in Restaurant Management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.
• Experience managing a high-volume restaurant or similar venue.
• Standard safety and sanitation practices for F&B service.
• Knowledge of wines and alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all front-of-house restaurant operations and team members in the specified outlet.
• Assist in supervision of all other food & beverage outlets as needed.
• Monitor and direct dining room activity and staff performance.
• Maintain bar operations and cash handling/safety controls.
• Coordinate scheduling with customer flow and casino floor operations.
