Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado, is seeking a Beverage Casino Bartender. The position is on-call and part-time, with varying shifts, and pays $12.14 per hour plus tips.

You will work in a premier gaming and hospitality environment with multiple restaurants, a spa, and extensive entertainment options. Responsibilities include taking drink orders, ringing in beverages, following policies, checking IDs, and ensuring guest safety.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience.
• Open availability to potentially work all 3 shifts.
• Able to obtain and maintain Colorado Support Gaming License.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and liquor brands offered at the bars.
• Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take and correctly ring in drink orders, delivering promptly to guests.
• Follow casino/department drink service policies and check IDs.
• Monitor guests for safe alcohol consumption and make recommendations.
• Clear beverages and stock service items, maintaining sanitation standards.
