Job summary

Downstream Casino is seeking a barback to support our beverage service across casino bars. You will transport supplies, stock ice and glassware, and assist bartenders with clean, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include being 21 or older, a high school diploma or GED, and strong English communication. You will work nights, weekends, and holidays, maintaining a polished appearance and a cooperative team mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older upon employment.
• High school diploma or its equivalency required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate beverage equipment and related tools.
• Must speak effectively to the public, employees, and customers.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities
