Job summary

Menominee Casino Resort in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Beverage Server for on-site duties. You will provide beverage service, process payments, keep stations stocked, and assist with staff training as needed.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with six months of serving experience; obtaining a bartender license within 45 days of hire is required. Preference given to Native American applicants from Menominee or other tribes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED and/or HSED required.
• Six months verifiable work history.
• Six months serving experience in restaurant or banquet facility.
• Preference: six months as cocktail server or Food & Beverage Server.
• Preference: six months of previous Guest Service Experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide beverage service to guests.
• Collect money and serve beverages for events and concessions.
• Keep beverage stations stocked and organized.
• Compute bills and accept payment for beverages.
• Maintain clean, neat storage and service areas.
• Ensure excellent Guest Service.
• Monitor lounge, bar, and casino floor for cleanliness.
• Assist in training new Beverage Servers as needed.
