Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide beverage service to guests.
• Collect money and serve food for events.
• Keep beverage stations stocked and supplies on hand.
• Compute bills and accept payments for beverages.
• Maintain clean, neat, and organized stations and area.
• Deliver excellent guest service at all times.
• Monitor lounge and casino floor for cleanliness and guest needs.
• Assist in training new beverage servers as needed.
• Report tips daily per handbook and federal requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by F&B Supervisor.
