Position Summary
This position is responsible for supervising the Bankers and Front Window Cashiers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists the Cashiering Operations Shift Manager with daily operations including supervising, training and counseling of employees.
- Ensures compliance with casino regulatory rules and regulations as well as casino internal and accounting controls in order to safeguard the company's assets.
- Handles customer service and employee‑related problems professionally.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assumes Cashiering Operations Shift Manager’s responsibilities in their absence.
- Works a variety of jobs in the department as needed.
Minimum Education and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of casino currency handling experience.
Competencies
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and multi‑tasking skills and the ability to delegate tasks.
- Knowledge of the Front Windows and Banks.
- Knowledge of casino's computer management system.
Training Requirements
- Must attend all appropriate Human Resources Supervisor Training classes.
- Knowledge of Outlook, ACSC, NRT/Certegy and ERP computer systems.
- Knowledge of the casino's computer management system.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
