Position Summary

This position is responsible for supervising the Bankers and Front Window Cashiers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists the Cashiering Operations Shift Manager with daily operations including supervising, training and counseling of employees.
• Ensures compliance with casino regulatory rules and regulations as well as casino internal and accounting controls in order to safeguard the company's assets.
• Handles customer service and employee‑related problems professionally.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assumes Cashiering Operations Shift Manager’s responsibilities in their absence.
• Works a variety of jobs in the department as needed.

Minimum Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of casino currency handling experience.

Competencies

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and multi‑tasking skills and the ability to delegate tasks.
• Knowledge of the Front Windows and Banks.
• Knowledge of casino's computer management system.

Training Requirements
