Job summary

Lowe's in the United States seeks a customer-service oriented cashier to support everyday store operations and help customers complete their projects. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Less than 1 year experience with computers and standard retail technology.
• 1 year of retail cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain any required sales licensure or registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions according to policy.
• Assist in loading, bagging, and handling merchandise for customers.
• Support store safety, housekeeping, and loss-prevention practices.
