Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to help keep the store inviting and running smoothly. You will greet customers, operate the register, and assist with lottery, alcohol, and cigarette sales while ensuring compliance.

The role includes cleaning duties, stocking shelves, and cross-training in other departments as needed. Successful candidates are reliable, hard-working, and able to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check may be required.
• Basic math proficiency is needed; ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Sell lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol while ensuring age verification and compliance.
• Upsell products to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe, including restrooms, pumps, and lot areas.
• Stock shelves and displays to maintain fresh, organized merchandise.
• Assist with deli and other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
