Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC in The Colony, TX is seeking Sales Associates who help keep the store inviting, clean, and efficient. You’ll greet customers, handle the register accurately, and support everyday operations to ensure a great shopping experience.

Experience is a plus but not required. You’ll perform restocking, cleaning, safety checks, and assist across departments as needed, with weekly pay and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is appreciated, but not required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Age must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work hard and stay on your feet in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while complying with age verification and laws.
• Offer friendly service and upsell customers when possible to increase sales.
• Keep the store clean and safe, including restrooms, pumps area, and exterior areas.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh.
• Maintain a clean and organized store by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows.
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
