Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to be the heart of the store, greeting customers, managing the register, and keeping the store clean and safe in Texas. The role includes enforcing age-verification rules for lottery, tobacco, and alcohol while maintaining high standards of service.

Candidates should be reliable, hardworking, and willing to work weekends and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus, but on‑the‑job training is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to read and understand English and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register accurately and quickly.
• Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales in compliance with age verification laws.
• Upsell products to increase sales.
• Keep store, bathrooms, parking lot, and pump area clean and safe.
• Stock shelves and keep displays attractive.
• Cross-train in deli and other departments as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist where needed.
