Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking reliable Sales Associates to help run registers and keep stores inviting for customers in San Antonio, Texas. You will greet customers, manage transactions, and uphold cleanliness and safety across the store.

Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required; training is provided. Flexible/full-time and part-time schedules offered, with weekly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is appreciated but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Learn and follow age verification and legal requirements for lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol sales.
• Upsell customers when possible to increase sales.
• Keep the store interior and exterior clean and safe, including restrooms and the pump area.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh.
• Cross-train in other departments like deli as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist where needed.
