We are seeking to fill a key position in our Golf Food and Beverage department that will provide professional food and beverage service for our guests while adhering to grooming standards, uniform standards, and other policies outlined in the Nemacolin Associate Handbook.

Essential Functions

• Preparing work space at the beginning of shift, closing down and cleaning at the end of shift
• Checking the surroundings of the Food and Beverage outlet to ensure everything is in proper order (lights, temperature, music, cleanliness). Notify supervisor of any defects.
• Preparing and cooking food orders
• Serving guests in a timely fashion
• Handling cash and POS transactions for Food and Beverage items
• Keeping Food and Beverage outlet clean and tidy
• Portraying a professional manner, including appearance and conduct
• Contributing positively to the work environment through attitude, cooperation, and teamwork
• Complying with all hotel and cash handling policies and procedures
• Following attendance procedures for late/absence notification
• Reporting safety hazards immediately
