Job summary

Goodwill Wintersville, OH is hiring a part-time Cashier/Sales Floor Associate who is passionate about customer service, teamwork, and helping others. You will deliver exceptional service at every interaction and operate the POS system.

You'll stock, merchandise, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment, support Round Up and Good Points programs, and assist with training new team members. Background check required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash.
• Prior retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to identify quality, color tones, and merchandise categories.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer and donor service at every interaction
• Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash records
