Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide fast, efficient service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using electronic registers.
• Manage shift change procedures, including counting money.
• Process specialty products like money orders, credit card transactions, checks, and lottery sales.
• Enforce age restrictions by checking IDs responsibly.
• Stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness, including sanitization and trash disposal.
• Check in vendor deliveries, rotate stock, and remove damaged items.
• Complete bad merchandise forms and assist with other store duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ in certain states; 21+ in others.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
• Friendly, reliable, responsible, and adaptable.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
