About the Role

As a Brand Associate, you play a vital role in our team by bringing our brand to life for customers. You are responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent service to foster brand loyalty. Use your product knowledge to educate, inform, inspire, and assist customers with wardrobe choices. Collaborate with your leadership team to deliver an exceptional omni-channel customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Educate customers about our loyalty programs to promote brand loyalty.
  • Engage with customers to drive sales through suggestive selling.
  • Enhance the customer experience using all available omni-channel services.
  • Meet personal sales goals that contribute to overall store success.
  • Support various store areas including sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Handle customer interactions, issues, and returns courteously and professionally.
  • Execute operational tasks efficiently and accurately.
