About the Role

As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of our team, bringing our brand to life for our customers. You’ll be responsible for engaging and connecting with customers by providing excellent customer service, fostering brand loyalty. You should be knowledgeable about our products and use your expertise to educate, inform, inspire, and assist customers with wardrobe choices. Collaborating with your leadership team, you’ll deliver a top-tier customer experience using an omni-channel approach.

What You'll Do
  • Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
  • Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques.
  • Enhance the customer experience through all omnichannel offerings.
  • Be accountable for personal goals that contribute to overall store success.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations as needed.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Handle customer interactions and potential issues or returns courteously and professionally.
