Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide efficient service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage refunds/exchanges.
• Participate in shift change procedures, counting money accurately.
• Process specialty products such as money orders, credit card transactions, checks, and lottery sales.
• Enforce age restrictions by checking IDs responsibly.
• Maintain stock levels, especially during night hours.
• Sanitize equipment and store areas following proper procedures.
• Manage trash and cleanliness of the store environment.
• Check in vendor deliveries, stock shelves, and remove damaged items.
• Complete forms for bad merchandise and assist with other store duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18+ in certain states or 21+ in others.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication and basic math skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, responsible, adaptable, and positive attitude.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
