Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to handle the pace and challenges of the shift.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including the coffee station, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
• Manage stock levels and assist in inventory processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ in other states.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment screening and background check.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
