Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a part-time Cashier/Sales Associate at Flash Markets in Marion, AR. You will greet customers, operate the register, and help keep the store clean and safe while handling lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales in compliance with laws.

The role offers a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Friendly demeanor and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register accurately and quickly.
• Sell lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while complying with age verification and laws.
• Upsell customers to increase sales.
• Keep the store clean and safe inside and out, including restrooms and pumps.
• Stock shelves and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh.
• Maintain a clean entryway and windows.
• Willing to cross-train in other departments.
• Follow safety procedures and policies.
• Be a team player and help wherever needed.
