Job Summary

We are looking for a Cashier/Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, assisting in scheduling service appointments, and receiving payments. Evening and Saturday shifts are required.

Responsibilities

1. Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers.
2. Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the service advisor.
3. Work cooperatively with all departments and internal teams.
4. Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
5. Receive payments for Service and Parts tickets.
6. Complete loaner vehicle paperwork.
7. Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
8. Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
