Job description

Job Title: Cashier/Receptionist at Lia Honda Kingston

Compensation Range: $16-$19/hour based on experience

Sign-on Bonus: N/A

Requirements:
  • Organized and ambitious self-starter
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred
  • Ability to provide quality customer service
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
  • Professional personal appearance & positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Must have a clean & valid driver's license
Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking payments from service and parts customers
  • Closing repair orders and parts tickets in the accounting system
  • Compiling and balancing daily parts and service deposits
  • Receipting customer deposits for the sales department
  • Answering service phones
  • Making service appointments
  • Assisting service customers when needed
  • Automotive experience is helpful, but training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Performing any other duties assigned by the manager
