Responsibilities

• Answer dealership phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the appropriate department, notify staff of waiting customers, and introduce them to salespersons
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams
• Communicate professionally with callers and visitors
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
