Cashier/Receptionist/Phone Operator

Duties:

1. Your goal is to provide the ultimate in customer service to everyone that you interact with.
2. Your focus is on ensuring ongoing communication with the customers and the Cole Valley Cadillac staff.
3. You will answer the main phone line, transfer calls, take messages, and greet customers when they arrive at the Cole Valley Cadillac.
4. As the cashier/receptionist, you will take payments from customers and ensure they have their invoices before they leave.
5. The cashier/receptionist also supports the Manager, Parts Manager, Technicians, and Sales staff when needed.
6. Must be able to perform scheduling and phone callbacks.
7. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Requirements:

1. This position does require customer service experience and strong computer skills.
