Fields Auto Group is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers! Our goal is to provide the best customer experience and create life-long relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Greet walk-in customers, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them accordingly.
  2. Answer incoming phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate department or individual, or taking thorough messages.
  3. Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  4. Monitor and maintain sufficient office supplies, including checks and paper.
  5. Organize and maintain the mailing system.
  6. Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  7. Assist with clerical duties as requested.
  8. Help management resolve customer complaints and handle correspondence.
  9. Receive payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  10. Use documents such as sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs, and computer printouts to verify, allocate, and post transaction details in ledgers or computer files.
  11. Complete records to ensure accuracy.
  12. Compile reports on statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other business operations metrics.
Job Qualifications:
  1. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  2. Ability to write simple correspondence.
  3. Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and other employees.
  4. Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  5. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and interpret bar graphs.
  6. Ability to apply common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
  7. Ability to handle problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  8. Background and MVR Checks required.
Physical Demands:
  1. Regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
  2. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift/move up to 30 pounds.
  3. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
