• Receipting cash, check, and credit cards
• Communicate with guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Filing
• Ensure all transactions run smoothly and help maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Punctuality and ability to handle schedule flexibility and a dynamic work environment
• Good math skills
• Previous auto industry experience helpful, but not required
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented; outgoing and positive personality
• Basic PC knowledge
• Ability to work nights and Saturdays
